What we're looking for We're seeking a licensed registered nurse with strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Specialist training in psychiatric care and/or basic psychotherapy training is advantageous for the position, as is experience from psychiatric outpatient and/or inpatient care. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are confident and stable, empathetic and organized. You value and see the benefit of collaboration with others. What you'll be working with As a nurse with us, you'll work with specialist-level interventions using a person-centered approach, both individually and in teams. The work is stimulating and varied with diverse tasks such as patient consultations, rounds, and follow-up of pharmacological treatment, but may also include collaboration with care partners, telephone counseling, 1177, and more. Community Psychiatry Kalix also includes Haparanda, Överkalix, and Övertorneå. Tasks related to assessment and treatment may be relevant depending on your previous experience and education. You'll participate in developing the operations based on your expertise. You have considerable freedom to plan your day according to operational goals. Start date by agreement. Due to the nature of our operations and security requirements, applicants must be willing to provide an extract from the criminal record register.
