Falck is now recruiting a nurse for our medical telephone reception as part of insurance customer services. Position in Vasastan, Stockholm. Through Falck's partnership with leading insurance companies in Sweden, more than one million policyholders have access to our services. In this role, you will be part of Falck's medical telephone reception and care mediation for customers with private health insurance. Your assignment involves booking customers with specialist doctors, handling incoming referrals and surgery quotes. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a nurse where you have acquired strong medical knowledge Experience and ability to independently handle customer calls via telephone and digital contacts Good computer skills and ability and interest in delivering through digital tools Swedish and English fluency in speech and writing. As a person, you are positive and flexible in your work approach where you can work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. The work pace is sometimes high, which requires good stress management ability and the ability to prioritize. You have good communication skills and are driven by providing professional service and being helpful to customers and colleagues. Other Information: Permanent employment with working hours on weekdays, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Full-time position with placement in Vasastan in Stockholm.
