We are looking for someone with experience who is interested in working in primary care, who is flexible, structured and engaged and who puts the patient in focus. You work very independently but also together with your colleagues on the team. Qualifications Licensed nurse, nurse with specialist training in Asthma/COPD is meriting. Experience from primary care and the TakeCare medical record system is meriting. Personal qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment and good collaboration skills. Good treatment of both patients and employees is important. Kringlans Vårdcentrum is located in Södertälje centrum, 5 minutes walk from bus and commuter train station. We are a health center with 35 employees and approximately 11,300 registered patients. Our mission is to provide general practitioner services with basic home care, district nurse services, coordination efforts, Psychosocial services with mental health initiatives and first-line psychiatry with the extended additional assignment for children and young people 6-17 years with mild to moderate mental health issues.
