What You Will Work With The Surgery Clinic at Sunderby Hospital belongs to the Operating and Diagnostics Division and the General Surgery/Urology department. The clinic functions as a county clinic for Norrbotten and surgical clinic services are provided at most of our hospitals. As a coordinator nurse, you have a central role where both practical and administrative work is included. This position primarily involves coordination within hernia and pediatric surgery, and you work in a team with our hernia and pediatric surgeons. You are responsible for coordinating between the patient and other members of the care team. An important part of the work involves planning and scheduling patient visits as well as providing telephone consultations. Assisting physicians when needed occurs. Additionally, team development together with responsible physicians is included. The position is primarily based during daytime, Monday through Friday. Two weekend shifts per month on our inpatient ward are included. Start date by agreement.
