About Us At the Surgical Clinic in Falun, we work within six specialist areas: Vascular Surgery Urology Plastic Surgery Upper Gastro Lower Gastro Breast and Endocrine Surgery This creates a broad operation with extensive combined expertise and great opportunities for learning and experience exchange among colleagues. Responsibilities As a nurse on the vascular team, you work with patients who have vascular surgical diseases and conditions. The position involves both independent work and close collaboration with doctors and other professionals on the team. Your responsibilities include: Independent nursing clinic work Wound dressing changes and wound care Telephone consultation Patient information and follow-up Standard clinic work Ultrasound examinations in the vascular field Previous ultrasound experience is not required. You will receive introduction and training to learn how to perform ultrasound examinations as part of your work. Qualifications We're looking for someone who Is a licensed nurse Has interest in clinic work and person-centered care Enjoys working both independently and in a team Is responsible, flexible, and has good collaboration skills Wants to develop in your profession and learn new tasks Experience with clinic work, wound care, surgical care, or vascular nursing is meriting, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
