Healthcare and Home Care Services is responsible for home healthcare, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing for people over 18 years old. We work from a person-centered approach where each patient encounter is unique and meaningful.
Your responsibilities
You perform healthcare services at the primary care level. You plan your workday to a large extent, prioritizing between different tasks and taking your own initiative. You work closely with patients, family members, colleagues, and other key stakeholders, both within the municipality and region, to create the best possible conditions for safe and high-quality care in patients' own homes.

About you
We're looking for you as a licensed nurse. Experience with or further education in district care, elderly care, or psychiatry is a merit. You are comfortable working in digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (category B) is required.
You thrive with independent work while valuing collaboration and have the ability to coordinate and maintain continuity of care. You work with a professional and positive approach toward both patients and colleagues. Personal suitability is given significant importance.
The workplace may have pets and people who smoke. Heavy lifting tasks occur; moving aids must be used.
