We work with patients who have congenital or acquired functional disabilities and who live in housing with special services (BmSS). Many of them also participate in daily activities at day centers. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, which provides broad expertise and opportunities for collaborative interventions when needed. In the team, we work closely together to contribute to good patient safety and team collaboration. Your work tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work with individual patients and their next of kin based on a person-centered approach. You will also work closely with staff, educators, and unit managers at our BmSS and day centers. You document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility, but there are always colleagues to consult if needed. If you have experience in the profession, it is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. If you are a specialist trained in psychiatry or district care, we see that as advantageous. Since we work in a large geographic area, a B driving license is a requirement. The role of a nurse requires that you can independently oversee, prioritize, and perform your work tasks. Meeting with the individual and their relatives is an important part of the work, which is why we consider it important that you are responsive and provide good treatment.
