Where you will work
We are a relatively new unit that is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for nurses who want to take a temporary position with us as a complement to our regular team. We have Silvia Sisters and dementia care teams at the unit.
Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and comfortable making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing patient care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.
Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with family members and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and potentially other internal and external contacts to ensure good patient care.
Job description
We are currently looking for a licensed nurse for a temporary position. Our nurses work 7-16 years, every day of the year.
Licensed nurse
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious
We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.
To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being good at building strong relationships and customer-oriented. We work both in teams and independently here, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal records register. We also require valid Swedish work authorization, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
