The blood dialysis units in Hässleholm and Kristianstad are part of the medical operations area and organizationally belong to Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad (CSK). The majority of treatments are performed in outpatient care, where patients with chronic dialysis needs return 24 times per week. We have the capacity to treat approximately 40 dialysis patients simultaneously at our two locations. We also treat inpatient patients with acute kidney failure who need temporary dialysis treatment. Within the nephrology unit to which the blood dialysis unit belongs, peritoneal dialysis, home dialysis treatment, and kidney outpatient services are also provided. CSK is northeastern Skåne's acute hospital that offers acute care 24/7. Here we combine the resources of a large hospital with the proximity and sense of community of a smaller hospital. Residents in the catchment area receive care in most specialties. We are approximately 2,600 employees. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Now you, as a dedicated registered nurse, have the opportunity to become part of our team at the dialysis unit in Hässleholm. You work independently in your role as a registered nurse while being part of a competent team. Together with colleagues from various professions, you contribute to providing our dialysis patients with the best possible care and nursing. With a holistic perspective and the patient in focus, you meet each individual based on their needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a licensed registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is required. Experience from dialysis and/or nephrology operations is considered an asset. You have a strong commitment to the operations and want to actively participate in its continued development.
