With us in home care services in Bomhus and Brynäs, you'll meet patients in their homes and contribute to their security, quality of life, and good care. Job Duties As a registered nurse in home care services, you play an important and central role in patient care. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and nursing interventions in the patient's home. You lead nursing work and coordinate efforts with the patient, family members, and other professionals. Your duties include: • Conducting medical assessments and overseeing nursing interventions. • Managing medications and delegating tasks. • Documenting and following up on patient care and services. • Collaborating with other actors within both the municipality and region. • Supervising and supporting care personnel. You plan and structure your workday independently and prioritize based on patient needs. The role suits you if you appreciate both responsibility and freedom and want to use your expertise to create security and quality in people's daily lives. The position is mostly based on daytime hours, but evening and weekend shifts are part of the schedule. During these shifts, you work in our consulting operations, which means you may work in the municipality's care and residential facilities, home care services, and service and group homes within LSS and social psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for this position, you need: • Be a licensed registered nurse. • Have at least two years of experience working as a registered nurse, preferably within municipal health and nursing care. • Have a B-class driver's license and be comfortable driving. • Have good documentation practices. It is a merit for the position if you have experience with the systems: Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal.
