Women's Healthcare in Gävleborg is located in Gävle and Hudiksvall. At the Maternity and Gynecology Department in Gävle, we are approximately 50 employees who together manage 18 care beds for maternity and gynecology.

DUTIES
As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the care, support, and information they need with a focus on good patient interaction. You will collaborate with various professionals around the patient and perform direct patient care activities such as identifying care needs, prescribing, and prioritizing. We work in care teams consisting of a nurse and a nurse assistant. We operate 24/7 and require weekend duty.
As a nurse, you will work with among other things
• identifying care needs
• preventive measures
• mentoring students, interns, and new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a flexible and committed person who thrives in close collaboration in a dynamic work environment. You are interested in development and improvement work and are confident in your professional role, and you have the ability to interact with people in a professional and empathetic manner.
In the role as a nurse you should
• be a licensed nurse.
For this position it is meritorious if you have experience working in a care ward.
