Children's Clinic at Kullbergska Hospital, Katrineholm About Us The Children's and Youth Clinic serves children and young people aged 0-18 years. The Children's Clinic includes Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna with inpatient departments (neonatal and pediatric wards), Nyköpings lasarett, and Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm. Our operations include outpatient services, day care, and on-call services. The Children's Clinic is an organization with short decision-making pathways and offers employees significant involvement in various activities. Our mission is to diagnose and treat children and young people who need specialized pediatric care. The clinic staff includes nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and medical secretaries. Your Responsibilities As a nurse at the clinic, you work independently with your own patient roster, including asthma, allergy, obesity, and urology patients, among others. We also provide telephone consultation and home health care, which involves making home visits and performing certain treatments at patients' homes during daytime hours. Your Qualifications You are a licensed nurse and ideally have further education in health and nursing care for children and young people. Experience with outpatient work in pediatric nursing is a merit. This position requires a class B driver's license. As a person, you are stable and confident in your professional role. You are responsible with the ability to independently structure your work and take initiative, while also thriving in teamwork. In patient interactions, you conduct yourself professionally and flexibly based on what the situation requires. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
