Then this could be the right challenge for you! What we're looking for We're seeking a licensed nurse with experience working with mental health and illness. We're looking for someone who values participating in and contributing to development work, brings energy, and helps create a positive work environment. You have very good understanding of the Swedish language, at least C1 level in both speaking and writing. It's meritorious if you are a psychiatric nurse specialist, have previous experience in psychiatry or child care, experience with telephone counseling in TeleQ, and experience working in the Cosmic and VAS medical record systems. What you'll be working with The clinic has been on a major transformation journey for a couple of years. We're developing new working methods to increase our accessibility. We believe in an approach where we share great collective responsibility together, allowing room for individual development areas. Collaboration between different professional groups is in focus. You will work in a nursing team with high maturity, competence, and job satisfaction. Your work will include: Participating in developing new care models, group treatments (with opportunity for group leader training), creating standardized care processes. Daily work with telephone counseling via TeleQ and digital case management via 1177, as well as planned follow-ups.
