One of our nurses is on parental leave, and we are looking for a dedicated psychiatric nurse or licensed nurse who wants to work as a temporary substitute with us. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for children, adolescents, and their families by contributing your expertise, commitment, and professional approach in a service with an important public mission. We work with children and adolescents up to 18 years of age who have moderate to severe psychiatric issues. The service is characterized by close collaboration between different professions and offers both breadth and variety in the work. The service in Norrbotten consists of four outpatient clinics, one inpatient ward, the Safety Team which is responsible for acute assessments, and the NPF team. Together, we work to provide safe, accessible, and high-quality psychiatric care for children and young people throughout the region. What we are looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have good knowledge of Swedish, equivalent to at least C1 level. It is advantageous if you are further trained as a psychiatric nurse or have experience from child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, or other services that work with children and adolescents. We place great importance on personal qualities. You are independent, take responsibility for your work, and have a structured approach to your tasks. What you will be working with You will become part of an engaged and competent team at the BUP clinic in Piteå. The team consists of nurses, doctors, CBT therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff. As a nurse with us, you have a varied role that includes telephone counseling, clinic visits, and collaboration both within BUP and with external partners, such as social services and schools.
