About the Operation The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is today one of the country's largest clinics for caring for patients under the Act on Forensic Psychiatric Care (LRV). We also have the assignment to care for particularly care-demanding patients under the Act on Psychiatric Coercive Care (LPT). The clinic is in the midst of major expansion with new construction to eventually have 10 care units and 135 care beds. We are now seeking a registered nurse interested in joining us to work with forensic psychiatric care. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with commencement by agreement. Job Responsibilities Within the Clinic, we work with a contact person model where the nurse has overall care responsibility. We work according to a structured care process in multidisciplinary teams consisting of nurses, care assistants, physicians, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists. You work with the daily operations of the unit, and your responsibilities also include participating in care interventions such as: conversations treatment interventions rounds record keeping evaluation and implementation of care measures risk assessments care planning functional assessments medication administration Qualifications We are looking for you who Are a licensed registered nurse Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing It is meritorious if you Have experience in psychiatric care and treatment Have further education in psychiatry Have additional language skills Have a Class B driver's license To succeed in the role, we believe you have these personal qualities Collaboration ability Personal maturity Initiative Self-reliance We place great importance on personal suitability.
