We are now expanding our unit with an additional nurse! Are you a trained nurse with at least two years of experience in the role? Are you looking for varied work where you can take responsibility and independently plan your work to provide good care to patients?
Our nursing unit has approximately 30 nurses. In total, six care facilities are included within our area. These are Tunagården, Vågen, Spångagården, Bolindergården, Måsta äng, and Ärlagården. During your initial period, you will work at Bolindergården and thereafter be placed at one of the other facilities. You will work primarily daytime hours and have approximately 1-2 on-call shifts in the evenings and weekends during a six-week period.

WORK DUTIES
With us, you work with person-centered care and lead municipal health and medical care work. You use medical technology and evidence-based tools to provide the best possible care. You are responsible for assessments, identify risks, and map patients' care needs.
The work involves close collaboration with other nurses and professional groups, both internally and externally, to ensure patients' care needs. The work tasks are varied and developmental as our patients have different needs and different diagnoses. The units have a digital forward-thinking approach and focus on the future to meet tomorrow's close care and person-centered working methods.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you as a licensed nurse who feels confident in your professional role to be able to make assessments and make quick decisions. If you have worked with elderly multi-morbid patients, this is an advantage. You need to have good computer skills and experience working in medical record systems. If you enjoy pedagogically instructing and guiding staff, you will be a good fit with us. For this position, you need to have a B-class driver's license and driving experience.
