Registered Nurse Needed for Växjö Municipality We are seeking 1 licensed registered nurse for an extended assignment within municipal home healthcare in Växjö Municipality. Period: October 5, 2026 – February 28, 2027 Scope: 90–100%, approximately 38.25 hours/week Work Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts, Monday–Sunday Location: Växjö About the Assignment The assignment is within Växjö Municipality's home healthcare service. The work is independent and takes place largely in patients' own homes, which means you need to be confident in making independent medical assessments and taking appropriate measures. Work duties include: Independent medical assessments Medication management and dosette preparation Infusions and injections Central vascular access Advanced wound care PCA pumps Guidance and consultation by phone to nursing assistants Requirements You need to: Be a licensed registered nurse Have at least 1 year of experience in municipal home healthcare within the past 3 years Have a class B driver's license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle Be able to work independently and make your own assessments Be able to work day, evening, and night shifts, Monday–Sunday Be able to staff the entire assignment period. Merits: Experience with Cosmic and documented experience in telephone consultation. Work Schedule The assignment includes day, evening, and night shifts. Examples of scheduled work times are: Evening: 15:30–22:30 Night: 17:00–03:00, 20:00–06:00, or 21:00–07:00 Night shifts are awake nights and occur based on the service's needs. Introduction/on-the-job training is provided at the start of the assignment for approximately 2 work shifts. Interested?
