We are now seeking a nurse to join our team at Tvååker Health Center! We work closely together and value good collaboration, an open work environment, and a willingness to help one another. About the Position
The position includes a variety of tasks, all based on patients' care needs. The work will be divided between doctor's visits and phone/chat services.
Working hours are daytime with some evening and weekend shifts.
About Us
Tvååker Health Center is a pleasant health center and workplace where we together work for the patient's best and where everyone in the team helps each other. We are approximately 20 employees working to care for our 5,500 registered patients. For us, it is important that patients experience our contacts as simple and welcoming.
We offer well-functioning care and, in addition to doctor's visits, have a stable interprofessional care with district nurses, child health clinics, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, and laboratory services. We also have a psychosocial team with a psychologist and social worker.
Tvååker Health Center is centrally located in the community of Tvååker, just a quarter's journey from Varberg, and you can easily reach us by public transport. If you drive, there are good parking options here and the health center is close to the highway exit.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is a licensed nurse. We would also appreciate previous experience in health center work or clinic work.
You are a service-oriented and solution-focused person with good interpersonal skills. You are good at collaboration and enjoy working in a team. The role requires that you can work independently and have the ability to be flexible. We also see that you have commitment and a willingness to actively contribute to the development of our operations. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
