Duties As a nurse or district nurse with us, you have a key role in the care team. You are responsible for healthcare services within primary care, conduct health assessments, and work preventively. You help develop new working methods and care approaches, and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure care that considers the whole person. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, with or without specialist education as a district nurse or other relevant advanced training. Experience in municipal primary care and dementia care is a merit. You are empathetic, innovative, and have strong collaboration skills.
