Make a difference. Every day. We are now seeking a registered nurse with a base placement on the Pre- and Postoperative Unit for Reconstructive Surgery at Skånes universitetssjukhus (Sus) in Malmö. This is work that offers both variety and development—you will follow the patient through the entire care pathway, before and after surgery. Our pre- and postoperative unit is part of the operational area for intensive and perioperative care (VO IPV). Our pre- and postoperative units have now been merged into a shared operation within day surgery/general surgery, orthopedics, and gynecological surgery. DUTIES On our unit, we focus on providing patients with the best possible care before and after surgery. As a registered nurse on the pre- and postoperative unit, you will be in contact with patients, both adults and children, across many different specialties. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. You must have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We would appreciate it if you have relevant specialist training in, for example, pediatric nursing, anesthesia nursing, intensive care nursing, or emergency nursing, or alternatively solid experience working within similar operations, such as pre- and postoperative care.
