Assignment
Home Care is now seeking a pool nurse for a temporary position. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work across all of the municipality's elderly care operations. You'll be involved in developing pool services while not carrying care responsibility. As a nurse in the pool, you'll serve as a resource and support colleagues, and also provide coverage during shorter or longer absences. Day and some evening shifts, as well as work every sixth weekend. The target group is primarily elderly patients with multiple conditions, but also individuals with functional disabilities and others who need care services. As a nurse, you'll work with medical assessments, planned interventions, medication management, delegation, and support and guidance to care personnel. An important part of the work is to work as a team around the patient to gain a good comprehensive view.

Previous experience with documentation in LifeCare HSL is seen as an advantage.
