Geriatric Center is a specialist clinic for patients requiring both acute and planned geriatric care and rehabilitation. A comprehensive assessment of the elderly patient's medical, physical, mental, and social functional capacity during illness is performed by interprofessional teams. Diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation are provided in inpatient and outpatient settings with focus on the patient's individual needs. Orthopedic Geriatrics, Department 4, has 20 care beds focused on subacute orthopedic geriatric care and rehabilitation. We are now seeking a new nursing colleague primarily for work on day/evening/weekend shifts and possibly night shifts as needed and by agreement according to an AB schedule. Could this be you? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a registered nurse with us, you contribute your knowledge and commitment to help people feel secure. Nursing duties include nursing care and nursing work together with nursing assistants, medical interventions based on the patient's condition and medical orders, as well as collaboration with other professionals in the care team, other healthcare providers, and the patient's relatives. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in orthopedic nursing and/or geriatric nursing. For you to be the person we're looking for, we see that you have strong collaboration skills, where you listen and communicate with both patients and colleagues. It is important that you feel comfortable handling administrative tasks. Experience with teamwork and geriatric nursing is a merit. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
