Job Description
As a nurse, you will have varied work with typical clinic tasks such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, medication management, and providing advice by phone and on 1177.se.
At the diabetes clinic, you will provide individually tailored counseling, education, and support to patients with diabetes. You have independent responsibility for appointment scheduling, patient recalls, follow-up and assessment of treatment, as well as ordering diabetes aids.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you if you are an empathetic, committed, competent, and positive nurse/district nurse or district nurse with specialized training in diabetes care, depending on which position you wish to apply for. If you have previous experience in primary care, this is highly meritorious, but for us the most important thing is that you have a genuine passion for primary care and are curious about how it can be developed further. We therefore value that you come with new ideas and engage in the development of the operation. You are responsible and have a strong ability to collaborate as well as make independent decisions. We place great emphasis on you contributing to an open and positive work environment together with your colleagues and that you also care about providing good service both over the phone and in personal meetings with our patients.
