The Psychiatric Department at Norrlands University Hospital in Umeå is Norrland's largest psychiatric clinic with approximately 400 employees. We have three general psychiatric care units, forensic psychiatric services, and several specialized outpatient and treatment units. We are seeking a nurse for our Neuropsychiatric Clinic, a psychiatric specialty outpatient clinic that provides diagnosis and treatment for individuals aged 18 and older with neuropsychiatric diagnoses, with ADHD and autism being our largest patient groups. We work based on national care programs and use a team-based approach, which provides the best conditions for safe and quality care. We work in modern, newly built facilities. Here, nurses, social workers, care assistants, psychologists, doctors, medical secretaries, and occupational and physical therapists collaborate closely. With us, you will work daytime hours, Monday to Friday, in a pleasant and modern environment with friendly and competent colleagues. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nurse with us, you will have a stimulating and varied role in both outpatient work and acute patient flow. The work is dynamic and occurs in close collaboration with other professionals on the team. Patient needs mean we sometimes must meet patients in their homes or at other locations. As a nurse with us, you contribute to caring well for others and helping people feel better. You are a licensed nurse. It is advantageous if you have specialist training with a focus on psychiatry, experience with outpatient work, and experience working with individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities.
