JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our night nurse has decided to try working day shifts. Now we're looking for you to take over her night!
As a night nurse with us, you will have an important and independent role in municipal primary care. You are the one who is there when our patients need security, expertise, and quick assessments even in the middle of the night. A job with responsibility, variety, and meaning.
With us, you will among other things:
• Make assessments and follow up on patients' care needs.
• Ensure safe and quality care during the night.
• Guide and delegate to nursing assistants and care assistants.
• Prioritize and make decisions when care intensity and services can change rapidly.
Municipal primary care is constantly evolving and more and more advanced healthcare services are being provided in patients' homes. Here you have the opportunity to grow with the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have good collaboration with other professional groups.
• Prioritize and make quick decisions when the situation requires it.
• Use IT-based medical record systems; we use LifeCare HSL and Cambio Cosmic.
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
A Category B driving license is required.
