Work Tasks
As a registered nurse in specialized residential care, you have overall responsibility for care and a central role in daily operations. You work closely with care staff and support them in health and medical care services. With your medical expertise, you contribute to safety, quality, and favorable conditions for each individual.
You collaborate with multiple professions where the patient's needs are always in focus. Your role also includes mentoring staff and students, as well as providing support and guidance to family members.
As a nurse with us, you become part of an engaged team, currently placed at Rönnen, where collaboration is a natural part of the work. You work both independently and in close cooperation with colleagues, which requires your ability to make your own decisions while valuing teamwork.
You are also part of a larger context where collaboration between our units is strong. Collegial support among nurses is an important success factor: here we share knowledge, support each other, and help one another in both everyday and more complex situations.
With us, you become part of a work group characterized by openness, collaboration, and a shared commitment to provide the best possible care.
You have a unit manager at a distance who works from a trust-based leadership approach. This means you receive great confidence to make decisions in daily work, while support is always available when you need it. We offer an individually tailored introduction based on your experience, supported by a mentor so you feel confident in your role.
Your health is important to us, so we offer both wellness hours and a wellness allowance.
Work hours are scheduled for daytime, 06.45–16.00, plus work every 6th weekend.
Qualifications
You are a registered nurse, preferably with experience in the field. It is meritorious if you have mentor training or other advanced education. A driver's license with category B is required.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and at the same time has good collaboration skills. You have great commitment, a positive attitude toward development, and are motivated by thinking differently and finding creative solutions.
