Nurse with Quality Focus – become a key player in our quality work
Do you want to combine your nursing expertise with structured and developmental quality work? As a Nurse with Quality Focus at Attendo, you will have a central role in deviation management, investigations within HSL and close collaboration with our HSL strategists and HSL operational managers – to together strengthen a patient-safe and value-driven organization.
The position is placed at Nära vård – a part of Attendo – within our HSL organization.
About the role
Your primary task is to drive and develop quality work, with a particular focus on:
Effective deviation management and investigation work within HSL, across all of Attendo Sweden
Close collaboration with HSL strategists and HSL operational managers to strengthen and ensure quality in operations
Coaching and supporting employees in daily quality work, and being a role model in the team
Capitalizing on employee input and suggestions to continuously develop operations
The work is largely administrative, and you need to be flexible and able to adapt to operational needs.

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08.00–16.30
Start date by agreement
Driver's license is a requirement
Who are you?
You are a licensed nurse with good computer skills and fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Experience with quality work is advantageous. We see that you:
