Job Duties Our tasks include telephone advice, medical assessments, prescriptions and palliative care. We operate from a shared office and provide unplanned and planned services in ordinary housing as well as care and nursing homes within elderly care and services for people with disabilities. About You We are looking for an experienced nurse. Experience from work in home care and/or elderly care is desirable. It is also a merit for the position if you are a trained specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care or a district nurse. A B driving license is required for the position. In order for you to communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues, write and access healthcare documentation, you must have good skills in Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You have good initiative and are good at thinking new thoughts. You have the ability to work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professional groups where the person themselves also plays an active role. Of course, you have a respectful approach and are responsive and open in your interactions with both the people being cared for and their relatives. You are good at collaboration and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors. Pets and smokers may be present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic. Working time reduction with weekly working hours of 32 hours. In addition to on-call supplements, extra compensation is provided for each evening shift.
