About Us
The Care Administration of Solna Municipality is responsible for healthcare services in group homes with special services and daily activities according to LSS (Swedish law on support and service for people with certain functional impairments). The operations are run by Solna Municipality directly, and our team consists of nurses, a physiotherapist, and an occupational therapist. We are responsible for healthcare services, rehabilitation, and habilitation provided in the group homes and daily activities. We work and plan together for the best outcome for our users, including activities, healthcare, and preventive care.

You will be part of a team with additional nurses, an occupational therapist, and a physiotherapist who together plan and perform the work with the operations and users' best interests in focus.
What Does the Role Involve?
In this position, you are the responsible nurse for LSS group homes and daily activities. This includes responsibility for medication management, medical assessments, and guidance to staff on medical matters in the group homes. In total, we support 15 group homes and daily activities in these areas.

- Staff mentoring and competence development
- Coordination regarding users' contacts with other actors, such as the responsible physician at the health center
- Advice and support regarding user care
- Responsibility for medication management and delegation
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a licensed nurse who ideally has further education as a district nurse. We would appreciate if you have work experience in healthcare. A requirement for this position is that you hold a valid driver's license (category B). You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
To succeed in this role, you need personal maturity. You are used to working independently but can also collaborate effectively. It is important that you take responsibility for your working hours. As a person, you are secure, stable, and empathetic. You are unpretentious and have an easy time building good relationships. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
