JOB DUTIES Do you want independent work where you can use your full nursing expertise while building close relationships with your patients? You meet patients in their own home environment, where you have the opportunity to create continuity, security, and care that is based on the individual's needs. As a nursing care responsible registered nurse, you have an independent and central role with varying work duties and great responsibility for patient care. As a registered nurse in Hamrånge, you get an important and independent role in a rural environment, where proximity to patients and personal meeting are in focus. You are responsible for medical interventions and nursing care and work closely with patients, relatives, and other professionals. Together with, among others, doctors at the patient's health center, nursing staff, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist, you contribute to safe and cohesive care. You also work closely with registered nurses at the care and residential facilities, and certain work tasks may be located there. Your work duties include: • perform health and medical care services in the patient's home and, if needed, at care and residential facilities • be the nursing care responsible party and make independent medical assessments • plan, implement, and follow up care and treatment • work in a team with physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and nursing staff • supervise and delegate to nursing staff and supervise students • document and work in the organization's various systems • work preventatively and promote health to strengthen the patient's health and quality of life. The position is primarily located during daytime, but evening and weekend shifts are included in the schedule. During these work periods, you work in our consulting operations, which includes the municipality's care and residential facilities, home health care, and service and group housing within LSS and social psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS As a registered nurse in Hamrånge, you get an important and independent role in a rural environment, where proximity to patients and personal meeting are in focus. The position requires: • license as a registered nurse • at least two years of experience as a registered nurse • experience with documentation • B driver's license and driving experience. It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and medical care, home health care, or care and residential facilities.
