You will document in the municipality's electronic health record system Procapita and you will follow the laws and regulations that exist in the operation. The work tasks are varied and include, among other things: Conduct planned home visits for, e.g., TPN administration, dressing changes, taking samples. Respond to urgent assessments as needed. Care for patients at end of life. Contact and support for family members. Secure and traceable documentation.
