Job Description
As a nurse at Humana Björnö, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' competence development, as you will train and mentor care personnel when needed.
Examples of job duties
Conduct independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
Manage and follow up on documentation and incidents
Participate in onboarding new customers and be responsible for delegating health and care tasks
Mentoring and competence development of care staff
About the Employment
Work hours and employment degree: We staff with our own nurses during daytime Monday to Sunday, and you work every third weekend. Employment degree 100%.
Salary: Salary is by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.

Who are you?
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have an easy time building relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed nurse
Has knowledge to document in medical record systems (ICF)
Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience working in elderly care or home care services
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience working in privately operated organizations
Experience with documentation work
