Änggårdens Hospice is a facility providing advanced palliative care 24/7 in a home-like environment. We work in multiprofessional teams of nurses, nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians. The facility is located in Gothenburg's southern archipelago, just a stone's throw from the sea.
At Änggårdens Hospice, we are now recruiting nurses who are passionate about providing safe, dignified, and person-centered care at the end of life. With us, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference – not only for our guests, but also for their loved ones.
Working at a hospice is about so much more than medical care; we work from a holistic perspective. It's about seeing the person behind the illness – physically, mentally, socially, and existentially. It can mean listening, creating a sense of security, and being there when it matters most. Sometimes through advanced symptom relief, sometimes through a conversation, a hand to hold, or simply by being present for a guest or their loved ones.

We are looking for you who:
· Are a licensed nurse and confident in your profession.
· Have a genuine interest in palliative care and the person behind the patient.
· Are attentive, empathetic, and able to create a sense of security even in difficult situations.
· Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
· Want to develop yourself within palliative care and contribute your expertise and ideas.
Experience in palliative care is a merit, but what matters most to us is your commitment and your desire to make a difference.
