WORK TASKS
We are now looking for a registered nurse for health and care. The activities are located in our three towns, Surahammar, Ramnäs and Virsbo and you will have a base placement in one of our areas. We help each other across boundaries in today's work so that you can feel supported and secure in your role. The nurses are part of a shared work team with close collaboration with each other. The group has broad expertise which is utilized in a learning organization. The work is very independent as you distribute the work yourself according to the needs that arise and coordinate and are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating care measures. The schedule includes working every 4th weekend and approximately 5 weekday evenings over 8 weeks, otherwise daytime.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are a work group that is starting to implement new working methods in our quality work and we also actively work with our work environment that promotes participation and good cooperation. We are now looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse and want to be part of our development journey in Surahammar Municipality. It is desirable that you have experience in caring for the elderly and/or people with disabilities. As a person, you have a positive outlook, are responsible, have good cooperation skills and are flexible. We would like to see that you have further education in geriatrics, dementia care, psychiatry or special knowledge in LSS, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated. You are organized and communicate clearly. In our work, approach and conduct are important foundations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement. Surahammar Municipality is a Finnish administrative area and competence in Finnish, spoken and written, is meritorious.
