DUTIES We welcome nurses, with or without further specialization, to apply for a position with us in municipal primary care in Mark. As a nurse in municipal primary care, you have patient responsibility and work with supervision and teamwork. The work is independent and varied, with great opportunities to influence and develop care together with your team. In municipal primary care, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nursing assistants with HSL specialization also work. In your daily work, you plan, implement, and follow up care interventions for patients with varying care needs together with the team around the patient. You meet patients in both care and residential facilities and in ordinary housing. In the operation there are several groups and functions for nurses, including within social psychiatry and disability support, as well as support functions such as senior nurses, administration, training, etc. We provide care 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Work is mainly scheduled during daytime, but evening and weekend shifts occur regularly based on operational needs. Currently, you work two out of twelve weekends and approximately one evening every other week, based on a 12-week schedule. Night shifts are staffed by a dedicated group of nurses. As a new employee, you receive an individually tailored introduction. We also have a group of senior nurses who, together with other colleagues, provide support during your introduction. We place great emphasis on community, security, and giving you a good start with us. There is an opportunity for continued professional development during work hours, for example in student supervision, prescribing, or other courses and training that contribute to the development of the operation.
