Our patients visit us at Region Uppsala's own healthcare centers or within rehabilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. The position is based on 100% full-time, but we are open to discussion based on your preferences and operational needs. Your Assignment With us, you will have varied and developmental work where no two days are the same. You will work with nursing consultations, patient assessment, treatment and follow-up, as well as telephone advice and digital contacts via 1177. We encourage you to develop your own area of responsibility based on your interests and expertise. With us, there are opportunities to work within or develop specialized clinics, for example in diabetes, elderly care, heart failure, asthma/COPD, vaccination, mental health, or other areas where you wish to contribute your knowledge and development. Work is carried out in close collaboration with physicians, nurses' aides, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other professionals, which provides excellent opportunities for learning and development. Your Competence We are looking for you as a registered nurse. Experience from primary care is meritorious, but we also welcome those who want to develop within the field. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and have good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Our Operation Kungsgärdets Healthcare Center is part of Primary Care and Health in Region Uppsala. We are centrally located in Uppsala with good transportation and parking facilities directly adjacent to the healthcare center. We have approximately 11,000 registered patients and offer, among other things, diabetes clinic, elderly care clinic, and acute care. Our broad patient base means you will meet people of all ages and life situations, from small children and students to elderly patients with complex care needs.
