Your upcoming role As a Train Attendant at SJ Krösa, you ensure that our passengers have a pleasant and comfortable journey. You provide customers with service, information, and ensure safety onboard. You will assist passengers as needed and make announcements during the trip, as well as verify that customers have valid tickets. You are service-oriented, have a strong safety mindset, are professional, and ensure that passengers feel comfortable and valued. Working hours vary and overnight stays at other locations occur. Flexibility is required during periods of high work tempo. You will serve in both Nässjö and Värnamo. The position begins with paid full-time training for 4-5 weeks. We also value additional language skills You have IT skills and are comfortable using smartphones Formal requirements Work as a Train Attendant requires wearing a uniform. At this workplace and in this position, you must be drug-free; this may be verified through random drug testing. Before employment is possible, you will undergo a medical examination that verifies your vision, hearing, and color vision are within acceptable ranges.
