WORK TASKS As a Signal Technician at Infranord, you will encounter exciting, varied, engaging, and social work. With us, you spend a large part of the day outdoors together with your work team and in collaboration with other colleagues. Your work varies between new construction, inspection, and troubleshooting of signal systems in our railway environment. Much of the work is done through digital systems and through documentation of inspections and fault reports. You have the opportunity to be flexible as travel, as well as weekend and night work occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Completed upper secondary education with a focus on electrical or signal technology • Completed basic signal training, e.g. BSG1, BSG2, and Signal Technology Principles and Fundamentals (BSGS) • Professional experience in signal technology work within railways • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing • Category B driver's license (manual) It is advantageous if you have: • Electrical Safety Leader; track work, work equipment and track vehicles, low and extra-low voltage • Safety and Security Leader (SOS-leader) • Inspector (TSM) for A-, L-, E- protection and track patrol • SISÄ certification • Knowledge of various relay or computer-based signal interlocks (e.g. model 59, 65, 85, 95, etc.) • ATC, equipment and system functions (BSATC) preferably experience from ERTMS As an employee at Infranord, we offer: • 29-30 days of vacation annually • Wellness allowance of 4,000 SEK per year • Compensation for medical care • Compensation for prescription medicines • Occupational pension ITP • Parental insurance supplement • Discounts on private hotel stays, major optical chains, and car rental • Discount on voluntary group insurance with Skandia Employment form: Permanent employment.
