Your Responsibilities: Monitoring and subsequent processing of internal settlement transactions (free and paid), Resolving discrepancies in securities and cash records related to trade settlement, Communication with internal and external parties as the primary contact for settlement inquiries, Collaboration with various operational departments and client care divisions across branches, Reporting, Continuous improvement of internal processes, Support with testing, Supporting team colleagues in resolving complex or non-standard tasks or in case of their absence (illness, vacation). Your Profile: Education in commerce, finance or economics, or corresponding prior experience in the field, Deeper knowledge of banking operations is an advantage, Knowledge of the SWIFT system, Customer orientation and excellent communication, negotiation and telephone skills, Ability to solve problems efficiently, attention to detail, complex thinking and ability to work independently, Ability to work under pressure, Responsible team player with the ability to adapt quickly to changes, Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
