About the Job Server with Extended Responsibilities – Wineót Wine Bar Wineót is the living room for Jönköping's wine lovers! We are a relaxed and vibrant wine bar in the heart of Torpa. Here, passion for wine & gastronomy has a natural place. We are a small, family-like team and are now looking for a server with extended responsibilities who wants to help develop the business together with us. We are looking for you who: – are confident, clear, and self-directed – dare to make decisions and don't wait for instructions but see what needs to be done – stay calm even when the pace is high – see both the big picture and the details – are solution-oriented and take responsibility for the whole operation We believe you have: – at least 2 years of experience in restaurant/bar and feel confident in service – had previous supervisory responsibilities and are familiar with other aspects of restaurant operations Job Responsibilities: – lead service and maintain structure during shifts – take overall responsibility for operational management during your shifts – quality assure service and customer interactions – responsibility for opening and closing procedures – when needed, help in the kitchen and with prep Swedish and/or English is required. It is a plus if you speak both languages as well as additional languages. Of course, you have a strong passion for wine!
