We are now looking for an outgoing person with several years of experience in bar/service work who enjoys people, pace, and the feeling when an entire restaurant runs smoothly. At our place, most things happen—often simultaneously. That's why we're looking for you with experience from restaurants/pubs and service work who can juggle many tasks and still smile at guests. You are social, positive and enjoy providing guests with truly great service You pay attention to details even when things are busy To succeed as a server/waitstaff at The Bishops Arms, you need a strong interest in beer, food, and beverages in general and a great passion for service. You should be stress-resistant and able to take initiative to solve challenges that may arise during work hours. You should have experience reading different guests' needs. Working hours are mainly evenings and weekends as we have no daytime operations. In addition to regular service work, as a server/waitstaff you are responsible for ensuring that cash and alcohol handling follow applicable procedures and regulations.
