About the Role As service staff at Villa Foresta, you are an important part of the guest experience. You work in our restaurants, bars, and at events, where you are responsible for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Your responsibilities include: • Serving food and beverages • Taking orders and handling cash • Upselling and making recommendations to guests • Preparations, table setting, and service during events and dinners • Working together with colleagues to create a warm and professional atmosphere About You • Have experience in service and preferably à la carte • Are positive, responsible, and solution-oriented • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others • Have a natural sense of hospitality and service • Speak Swedish and English fluently • Are at least 18 years old Experience with Visbook is a merit but not required.
