Service Technician for Laser Equipment (Men, Women)

Application deadline: 24/4/2026 Service Technician for Laser Equipment - We are looking for a team member to join our service department for laser and industrial equipment. Our goal is reliable service, quick customer response, and high technical standards. We are seeking a colleague who will actively participate in ensuring service and maintenance of machinery equipment throughout the Czech Republic. Also suitable for skilled graduates. What You Will Do - Perform warranty and post-warranty service on machines and equipment at customer locations. - Diagnose faults and ensure their resolution. - Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of equipment. - Install and commission new machines, including operator training. - Communicate with customers regarding service interventions and technical requirements. - Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams in solving technical problems. - Maintain and update service documentation. What We Expect from You - Secondary/Higher technical education - electrical or mechanical engineering. - Valid electrical qualification according to Regulation 50/1978 Coll. (§6 and higher) or Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll. - Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and machine mechanics. - Ability to read technical and electrical documentation. - Responsibility, independence, attention to detail, and willingness to travel. - Class B driver's license. - Communication skills in English. Advantages (Not Required) - Experience in industrial equipment service. - Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. - Basics of PLC or robot programming. - Experience with laser technologies (engraving, cleaning, welding lasers).
