Field work (residential and non-residential spaces). Technician for building maintenance. Requirements: Secondary vocational education with a vocational diploma - preferably in a technical field (plumbing knowledge is an advantage). Manual dexterity and attention to detail, responsible approach, loyalty and flexibility, communication skills, driving license category B, basic PC knowledge, criminal record extract.
