• Secondary education/vocational training – ideally in technical or automotive fields (experience from auto service is a major advantage). • Excellent communication skills – professional demeanor, empathy, and ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way. • Basic computer skills – for work with our internal system and Suzuki programs. • Driver's license category B – active driving is required for vehicle handling. • Reliability and stress resistance – it can get busy here sometimes, but we support each other. What will you do with us? • Communicate with customers – address their requests, schedule them for service, and consult on the technical condition of their vehicles. • Receive and hand over vehicles – complete work orders, perform vehicle inspections on intake, and return repaired cars to owners. • Plan workshop operations – coordinate jobs with mechanics to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Create estimates and invoice – prepare repair quotes and complete job billing. • Collaborate with the importer – handle warranty repairs and maintain Suzuki brand standards.
