We're opening a new restaurant on the pedestrian street in central Malmö. Swedish home cooking and a carefully curated beer selection — a place where food and drinks are equally important, and where we want guests to come back week after week. We're now looking for servers and bartenders who want to be part of it from the beginning. About the job You'll take care of guests in the dining room and work behind the bar — at our place, you do both. You work closely with the owner and kitchen in a small team, which means you get real responsibility and genuine influence over how the restaurant operates. Since we're a new establishment, you'll help shape the routines, not just follow them. We're looking for you if you Love working with people and notice the guest before they notice you Have restaurant or bar experience — or are a quick learner and really want to develop your skills Stay calm when it's busy Are reliable. Show up on time, take responsibility for your shifts Speak Swedish Merits Knowledge of beer.
