Service Account Specialist (m/f)

Job Responsibilities: - Plan schedules for our service technicians - Communicate with business partners in the EU - English will be required - Basic invoice processing - no need to be an accountant - just simple operations - Verify payments - Order materials and transportation for technicians - Administrative support and service material documentation Requirements: - Secondary/University education, ideally in economics or technical field - Experience with service support is a major advantage - Attention to detail and responsibility - we're looking for someone we can rely on - PC skills - we work on Apple, so knowledge of iOS environment is welcome, but not required - English is a must - at least at a conversational level - Good organizational and communication skills - Class B driver's license is an advantage If interested, please contact the employer by email, phone, or in person.
