Duroc Machine Tool is now seeking a driven and engaged service technician who enjoys independent and varied work at customer sites. We look forward to your application! Tasks and Responsibilities: As a service technician with us, you will spend most of your time on-site at our customers' locations. The work consists mainly of installing, performing preventive maintenance and emergency service on the customer's CNC machines from DN Solution. You are the company's face to the outside world and take great responsibility for maintaining existing customers and ensuring that we are there as technical support and that our products function efficiently in our customers' operations. You will be based from your home and be part of our service team. Your colleagues are distributed throughout the country to assist our customers on-site. Travel and overnight stays during service work occur. Your main responsibilities: Installation of DN Solution CNC machines and related equipment Troubleshooting and technical support on-site at our customers Ensure the condition and perform preventive maintenance on DN Solution CNC machines at customer locations Report customer needs to the sales department Documentation and reporting of work performed As a service technician with us, you will be part of a dynamic and exciting organization that offers a development journey tailored to your competence and experience. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Good computer skills (mainly Office suite) Experience in one or more of the following areas: Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrical, and troubleshooting CNC control systems: Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain Solution-oriented Tidy and well-organized B-class driver's license and ability to travel and stay overnight for work.
