You will support various operations with your skills in daily work. It is a role that offers great variety and diversity. 4 position(s). WORK TASKS We offer hourly temporary employment as the base. This means the number of work hours per week can vary. As a team member in Service Teams 1 and 2, you will support several different occupational categories, for example facility cleaners, service workers/dining attendants, and transporters/caretakers. Your role may include work tasks from multiple occupational categories. As a service employee, your work tasks may include the following: • Cleaning/facility maintenance of reception areas, departments, office spaces, and common areas. Patient care cleaning and disinfection cleaning are also included. • Transporting patients, mail, samples, food, and goods to different departments of the hospital. Transportation of deceased persons occurs. • Various tasks in department kitchens. Preparing food and refreshments for patients, making coffee, handling dishwashing, and ordering food. Work takes place in a hospital environment and you work side by side with nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and caretakers. In your daily work, you also have contact with patients in the facilities. Since we operate Monday through Sunday, working hours may include weekends and evening shifts. Work times can start as early as 06.00. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and computer literate. The position requires very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have education and/or experience in one or more of the occupational categories. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and wants to help create a good and pleasant healthcare environment for Skåne's patients. Good treatment and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in service work. It is also important that you are responsible and thorough in your work. If you recognize yourself in this description, we will get along great! • For work as a service attendant, education/experience in restaurant and institutional catering is an advantage. • For work as a facility cleaner, SRY, Danish hygiene standards, and INSTA800 are advantages. • For work as a caretaker, driver's license, forklift certifications A and D1 are advantages. All positions fall under Kommunal's collective agreement area HÖK Kommunal. Salary range for new hires is between 22,500 kronor and 26,500 kronor.
