Toyota Växjö has been part of the Göinge Bil group since 2023, and at our state-of-the-art full-service facility, we are the authorized dealer for Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles. We currently have 20 employees in Växjö, and together with the Göinge Bil group, we employ approximately 250 people. This is how we continuously improve, and our goal is to be the best dealer in our area. As a technician, you will perform service, troubleshooting, and vehicle repairs. You work independently while collaborating with your colleagues. With us, you will receive ongoing training as we're in a rapidly evolving industry where electrification is part of our daily work. You'll be part of a team of technicians where you collectively strive toward shared and individual goals. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, we're looking for relevant training in automotive technology and experience with vehicle repairs and troubleshooting—this is a requirement. It's a plus if you have experience with Toyota vehicles and glass repair or air conditioning work. You have strong technical knowledge and find it easy to absorb information in Swedish and English. We highly value a positive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate well, as teamwork is very important to us. We consider it essential that you are service-oriented and focused on the customer's best interests, and that you stay informed about industry developments. Good computer skills and a B-category driver's license are required. Employment type: Permanent position. This is a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probationary period; the start date will be agreed upon.
